Confidentiality policy

The Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) does not place any cookies on the computers of its visitors and none of their personal information is gathered unless they consent and transmit such information to the CCQ themselves. Only anonymous technical information that is necessary for the transmission of data or for evaluation of our site’s performance is automatically transmitted to our server. In no case does this information ever identify you personally.

When personal information is willingly transmitted, the CCQ never uses it for purposes other than those in the request, does not communicate it to anyone else, and keeps it only for as long as necessary to answer and follow up on your message. Only its employees with the necessary credentials may see this information, and only when it is required in order for them to perform their job.

Integrity of information

The CCQ guarantees the integrity of information at the time it is put online. The CCQ does not, however, guarantee any content whatsoever if it is altered or modified in any way, after uploading or not. If there is divergence between an official text and the content of this site, the official text takes precedence. The CCQ reminds visitors that there is never a reason not to refer to the legal texts of statutes, regulations, and collective agreements.
