New “Hiring and Layoff Notices” interactive form

No more paper form!

Since March 25, you have had to fill out hiring and layoff notices either by accessing our online services, if you’ve subscribed, or by using the interactive form, available on our website. Hard-copy paper forms are no longer accepted.

Please note that since this date it has been necessary to indicate the source used to recruit your workers, as well as the hiring and layoff dates of your workforce.

Use our online services to have your forms processed instantly and securely. When you use our online services to make your hiring and layoff notices, your hiring or layoff number is sent to you automatically. Not yet subscribed to our online services? Contact our Customer Service (by phone or in person at one of our regional offices) and quickly access your account.
